Cancellation - In the unlikely event should it arise, you must contact Pete Walkden Roadshow at the earliest possible time, which must beat least fourteen days prior to the event, unless the following circumstantes arise;
Where the above is applicable, no charge will be made providing that we are notified by 9am of that day, and a future date is confirmed to hold the event.
Deposit and Payment - A deposit is required with ALL bookings placed, and the balance is to be paid prior to or on the day of the event. A cancellation fee will be charged at the discretion of Pete Walkden.
Contract - Pete Walkden Roadshow has a contract of employ which once issued must be signed and returned with the required deposit, and both parties will adhere to the regulations set out therein. (A full copy is available upon request)
